About

Hi everybody, my name is Matt.

I created this blog in June 2008 so that I can share what I learn about studying with others.

I am 16 years old and a student myself and though I have tried multiple times I could not find one simple go-to resource for study tips.  This is something I am interested in and I will bring in elements of technology, GTD and self-improvement to provide you all with information about how you can change your studying habits; all in the name of better exam grades.

I hope you find this blog (which is LIVE now, I guess) a useful resource and perhaps even entertaining at times. You will notice if you peer deep into my soul that I have been influenced by the likes of 43 Folders and zen habits amongst others.  I sincerely hope that you don’t find some of my content a repetition of theirs but I feel it always helps to approach topics from various angles and this blog gives me my own angle.  (plus it’s hard to think up truly original content while in full-time education).

Qualifications: I am by no means an expert student and certainly shouldn’t be advising students how studying’s done, however I do possess a great deal common sense; something I have always believed to be more important than ‘brains’.

Thanks very much for visiting, I hope you will continue to do so and also to get involved in the comments.  It stops me getting lonely.

Matt :)
